Who we will and will not send to.

We at Conway‘s can accept and send orders from overseas. We provide insured overseas shipping services using the three of the most recognised secure carriers, which are: Fedex, DHL and UPS. If you prefer us to use another carrier then please contact us. We cannot give overseas shipping prices because they are subject to change from one carrier and region to another, but we will contact you by Email or telephone to let you know what the shipping prices are for each carrier as soon as we can. We will accept and send all overseas orders to:

Western Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Kuwait, Quatar, Monaco, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Gibraltar.

Discretionary Countries.

The following list of countries is a list of discretionary countries where we may or may not accept orders or ship to. This may depend largely on the quality of the client that we are dealing with. Those countries are:

Poland, South Africa, Hong Kong, Falklands.

Forbidden Countries.

The countries where we will not send any packages to are as follows:

Africa, Caribbean, Eastern Europe with the exception of Hungary and Czechoslovakia, Poland, and at our discretion. South America, China, The continent of India, Central Asia. Turkey.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your country’s customs control allows precious metals and Jewellery into your country. You are responsible for the payment of any import duty and tax your Government charges. We accept no liability for any sent registered items which has either been lost or damaged.
